Both subscriptions and permanent credit packs use Stripe’s secure checkout, and Alipay is also supported. Stripe handles your payment details. If you subscribed with Alipay and need to change plans, update your default payment method in Stripe first, then make the change.

Yes. You can cancel at any time from the subscription section of your account. Your plan will stay active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew after that.
No. Subscription credits reset when your next monthly allowance is issued, which makes them best for ongoing work. Purchased permanent credits do not reset with your monthly subscription allowance, so they are useful for an occasional top-up.
You can upgrade at any time, and monthly subscribers can switch to annual billing within the same tier. An upgrade takes effect immediately and starts a new billing cycle. Downgrades and annual-to-monthly changes are not currently available. Before you confirm, we’ll show the options available to your account.
Permanent credits are available to active subscribers only. They cost $7.50 per 500 credits, and quantities must be multiples of 500. Choose 500, 1,000, 5,000, or 10,000 credits, or enter another valid amount.
Your permanent credits remain in your account, but they do not start or extend a membership. Without an active membership, member benefits such as 4K image and AI video generation or asset export remain unavailable, even while permanent credits remain. Subscribe again to restore the applicable benefits.
Upgrade to a higher plan for more monthly subscription credits. If you only need an occasional top-up, you can also buy permanent credits while your subscription is active.
