A lesson plan already contains intent, sequence, and assessment clues. A teaching video should make one concept or practice path visible, while the plan and teaching materials retain the full learning design.
Choose one learner outcome for one video
Do not convert a whole unit plan into one dense video. Choose the concept, relationship, worked example, or practice decision that a learner should be able to use after watching. The lesson plan remains the place for objectives, assessment, pacing, and differentiation.
